Explore nature’s larder this Spring with professional local forager/food producer, Chris Westgate of Heavenly Hedgerows.

Chris will guide you on a rewarding forage around our Newton Park Estate, advising what can and cannot be eaten from the hedgerows at this time of year and how to use them in everyday cooking.

You will then return to Newton Farm for refreshments, including tastings of some of Chris’ foraged food recipes, such as elderflower cordial, nettle tea, hogweed seed cake and other preserves (food served will vary as it depends on what can be foraged at the time).

Price includes tuition, guided walk and post-walk refreshments (including the option of a hot drink from our Newton Farm Cafe).
